Suspend betting is a custom betting condition. It allows to suspend/resume after certain number of winning or losing selections.
For example, it is possible to suspend betting if, say 2 winning bets happen, then resume betting only after 3 losing bets. All winning or losing bets should be in the row (consequent).
In fact if betting is suspended the bot will place virtual bets with Stake=0. This allows to retrieve bet results to count won and lost bets.
1. Enable – allows to enable or disable the condition. It works only if enabled.
2.Currently suspended – tells how to begin. If the option is ticked, the bot begins in suspended state and will wait until required preconditions happen to resume betting. Otherwise the bot begins in resumed state firing bets.
3. Suspend by meeting – if enabled the bot counts winning and losing bets separately for each meeting. For example, there are two winning bets in the row on Wolverhampton, then betting will be suspended for Wolverhampton races, but not for other meetings.
4. Resume betting after & Number of consequent bets – two boxes set number and type of bets in the row required to suspend betting. Type can be: Won, Lost, Any. A bet is considered as Won if it’s profit is positive.
5. Suspend betting after & Number of consequent bets – set number and type of bets in the row required to suspend betting. Type can be: Won, Lost, Any.
6. Save – saves and applies changes.
Examples
For all examples lets assume that we are betting on 1st favourites at £2 level stakes. In practice you can bet on any selections. ‘Enabled’ box is ticked for all examples, otherwise the condition will not work.
1. We want to start placing bets only after 3 losing bets in the row and suspend betting again after 1st winning bet. We don’t care on which meetings our selections win or lose.
Settings: Currently suspended – YES, Suspend by meeting – NO, Resume betting after: 3 LOST, Suspend betting after: 1 WON.
