We regret to inform you that there is a major problem with servers where the bot is running. Our server provider is working to rectify the issue. We do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Currently we are waiting for an update from 123-reg regarding our servers status. All days that our service is not available will be compensated extending all subscriptions double the time.
UPDATE 2.
There is little direct communication with 123-reg team. The last update says that they do hope to restore data for most of their customers by the end of the week. I can’t be sure that our servers will be in the list though. Anyway even if I have to setup everything from scratch the service is expected to resume working by 28-29th April. All subscriptions will be extended accordingly the lost time plus extra 10 days.
I do apologize for this great inconvenience. I realize there is my fault too because if I had a backup of the servers it would be possible to get the system running again sooner.
UPDATE 3.
I’ve just got a message from 123-reg support confirming that our server data has been recovered and they are looking to restore it as soon as possible. Not sure why it has not been done yet, perhaps there are too many servers that are waiting in queue. Anyway, I do hope that the data restoration will not take longer than 1-2 days and the system will be running again very soon.
UPDATE 4.
Although 123-reg has confirmed that the server data will be restored, they cannon provide even estimated date when it is going to happen. I suppose that it can take another week or so. We cannot afford waiting so much time, taking into account that it has been more than 10 days already. So I’ve decided to set up everything from scratch today. Unfortunately this means that all members will lose their betting history and settings. You will need to set up your betting systems again. Hopefully this will not take much time. When the system is up and running you will receive an email with your login details. If you have any questions or suggestions please email us.
UPDATE 5.
I’ve set up new server and now the system is running again. All subscribers will receive an email with login details. Also your subscriptions have been extended by 14 days that the service was not available (16th to 29th April inclusively) plus extra 10 days to thank you for your patience. Members that were trialing the bot are requested to re-sign up. You have a chance for another 7 day trial. Certain individual staking plans and extensions that were made for our members are not available yet and will be added this weekend.
If I forgot to set something up, please send me an email, I’ll try to sort everything as soon as possible. Again please accept my apologize that it took so long. From first glance it seems that the server provider is going to recover the server in few days, but then it turned out into two weeks and still they haven’t been able to sort this out. From now on I’ll do regular backups to protect the system from such data losses.
Is this also stopping signup for the free trial? Getting error messages when trying to sign up.

If I knew that it is going to take so long, I would definitely done new set up on first day. Your subscription has been extended by 24 days (14 days of outage plus 10 extra days).
